Senior Repair Help
When an elderly customer needs help with an important repair, we try to work with them when possible.
Community Discount
We are a local repair shop, not a chain store. When our neighbors need help, we try to listen, explain the repair clearly, and help where we reasonably can.
At Rock Bridge Automotive Repair, we believe good people should not be left stranded because they are afraid to ask for help. Many of our customers are veterans, active military families, nurses, seniors, working families, and people simply trying to keep a dependable vehicle on the road.
We commonly offer discounts for veterans, active military members, and nurses. We also try to help elderly customers and people referred to us by local churches, the Veterans Administration, Gallatin Cares, and other local community agencies.
The best time to ask about a discount or community assistance is before the repair is authorized. That allows us to look at the repair, parts cost, labor involved, and the customer’s situation before we write the final estimate.
Veterans, Military, and Nurses
Veterans, active military members, and nurses are encouraged to ask about our repair discount. Whether your vehicle needs brake repair, check engine light diagnosis, electrical testing, suspension repair, cooling system work, or routine maintenance, we appreciate the work and sacrifice of people who serve others.
We want our discount to be simple: tell us when you call or when we prepare your estimate, and we will let you know what we can do.
